Branches of Hope, Inc (501c3)
Branches of Hope offers assessment, consultation, direct intervention and training services. We also
have expertise in helping preschool programs in having highly effective early intervention ABA - Pivotal
Response Teaching programs.

Assessment - Aside from traditional assessments, we are leaders in offering an Ecological Learning
Assessment developed by Dr. Burke while at Johns Hopkins University. In addition, we offer a specialized
Functional Behavioral Assessment that sets the stage for the development of Positive Behavioral Instructional
    Supports.

Early Intervention Services - Led by Janie Burke, M.A., M.S., our early intervention services are conducted
across home, center, and preschool settings. These services are designed to promote the overall development of
a child. Families interested can have opportunities to speak to those with children who have graduated from our
services. Given the intensity of these services, there is often a waiting list for Ms. Burke and our team.

Applied Behavior Analysis: Pivotal Response Teaching - Led by John Burke, Ph.D., BCBA-D, our team
can assist in helping your child or the students within a school to make meaningful gains across academics,
socialization, inclusion and pivotal areas including building independence.

Tutoring and Educational Services - Masters level individuals with teaching certification can provide
individual and small group tutoring in reading, math, writing, and other academic areas. As part of our PRT
educational services, we also help students with ASD to become more organized and learn to take notes,
participate in classes, and follow through with homework.

Providing Specialised Training and Program Development - At Branches of Hope, we provide
specialized training to local teams of professionals and paraprofessionals. Our goal is to help build local capacity
while we promote advances in a child's program.

Promoting Systemic Change - Dr. Burke has decades of experience of helping schools, districts, as well as
entire states and countries in developing systemic change plans to help prepare them for current and future
challenges in educating students with ASD and other disabilities.
